Kirsty is a multi-instrumentalist, playing numerous instruments to a high standard (ABRSM Grade 8 and diplomas)  She completed her Batechelor’s degree in Music at the University of Wales, College of Cardiff (piano, 'cello, flute), Conducting classes (scholarship from Musique Municipale de Meyrin) at the Conservatoire de Lausanne and Voice and Harp at the Conservatoire de Genève.

She describes herself primarily as a mezzo-soprano,  where she paved her way as an interpreter of orchestral works with voice such as Brahms Alto Rhapsody and Wagner’s Wesendonk-Lieder, as well as establishing herself as an Oratorio soloist and interpreter of Elgar’s works such as the Sea Pictures, Music Makers and  Dream of Gerontius.  She also has extensive operatic experience, performing numerous roles.

Kirsty performed several times for Aung San Suu Kyi as part of the Myanmar Music Festival, has toured Tunisia, Japan and Korea and performed “Blue Flower Songs” at the Montreux Jazz Festival.  She has performed vocal recitals for the "Prestige Artist" series in Geneva and has sung as solist several times in the Victoria Hall in Geneva (notably for the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee).  Kirsty also sings as an auxiliary alto in the opera chorus at the Grand Théâtre de Genève.

She has sung for Prince Hassan of Jordan, Princess Galyani Vadhana of Thailand, Ban-Ki Moon and performed harp for two Lebanese Presidents, President Saad-eddine Rafic Al-Hariri and President Michael Suleiman, on the occasion of the Memorial for Minister Basil Fuleihan.

In addition to her singing career, she conducts the United Nations Choir (Geneva), is a member of the Académie Vocale de Suisse Romande, former member of Otto Voci and a semi-professional harpist.
