Kirsty's weightlifting journey is the result of healing from injuries. It hasn't been easy, and never will be, but the CrossFit mottos are: "Better than yesterday, everyday" and "It never gets easier, you just get stronger". These are her mottos for life in general!

First 100kg - with a broken toe!
Power clean and jerk @52 kg. No rep. lacked extension in arms ... oh well, work in progress...
Three easy deadlifts but ... leading with the head so still a work in progress as far as technique is concerned. Not bad for 85kg, though.
